REGULAMENT
ACCES
Participarea la evenimentele organizate de Asociatia Culturala Fanzin este supusa urmatorilor termeni si conditii pe care va obligati sa le respectati.
Pentru a avea parte de cea mai placuta experienta la evenimentul Tribute Festival, va rugam sa acordati un moment parcurgerii informatiilor de mai jos.
Prin participarea la acest eveniment este acceptat regulamentul festivalului si este dat acordul organizatorilor de a controla respectarea acestuia.
• Copiii care nu au implinit varsta de 7 ani, au acces in zona de festival doar insotiti de un parinte.
• Copiii care nu au implinit varsta de 14 ani au acces in perimetrul festivalului doar insotiti de un adult.
ESTE INTERZIS:
• accesul cu arme sau orice alte obiecte ce pot fi considerate periculoase sau arme albe;
• accesul cu recipiente de sticla, materiale inflamabile, animale de companie, pixuri cu laser;
• comercializarea de produse in zona de festival fara acordul organizatorilor;
• consumul de substante interzise sau comercializarea acestora, conform legii in vigoare;
• accesul cu alcool, alte bauturi si alimente din exteriorul zonei de festival;
• accesul animalelor oriunde;
La accesul in perimetrul festivalui NU se va permite intrarea cu bautura si alimente de orice fel.
VIDEO / FOTO
Este STRICT INTERZIS accesul in perimetrul festivalului fara autorizatia organizatorului pentru: camere video profesionale si semi-profesionale, dar si cu camere foto profesionale ce detin obiectiv detasabil. Posesorii unor astfel de echipamente sunt obligati sa se supuna predarii acestora in custodie temporara.
Pe durata evenimentului se vor realiza inregistrari audio si video. Persoanele care apar in filmarile realizate nu pot avea nicio pretentie fata de organizatori, producatori sau utilizatori.
Pe toata durata evenimentului inregistrarile audio si video pot fi realizate numai cu acordul expres al organizatorilor. Fotografierea este permisa (exceptie facand acele concerte ale caror reprezentanti artistici sau respectiv organizatorul, nu isi dau acordul).
Filmarea şi fotografierea concertelor cu scopul difuzarii in presa scrisa, audio, online sau TV se va desfasura sub reguli stricte, care vor fi comunicate jurnalistilor prin intermediul organizatorilor.
Incalcarea acestor reguli poate expune institutiile mass media la procese din partea organizatorilor sau managementului artistilor ale caror conditii au fost incalcate.
COMPORTAMENTUL IN ZONA DE FESTIVAL
Va recomandam sa evitati conflictele si sa va respectati reciproc, evenimentul este un spatiu de relaxare, in primul rand, special creat pentru a avea o ambianta cat mai placuta din toate punctele de vedere.
SANCTIUNI
Nu sunt tolerate exceptii de la aceste reguli, incalcarea prezentului regulament putand duce la evacuarea persoanei in cauza din zona de festival si interzicerea accesului in zona de festival.
Organizatorul nu este responsabil pentru bunurile participantilor ori pentru eventualele pagube personale produse.
Persoanele care incalca acest regulament, initiaza sau participa la evenimente care tulbura ordinea, vor fi imediat escortate in afara perimetrului festivalului, accesul lor va fi interzis la festival, iar organizatorul va anunta institutiile abilitate ale statului, daca va fi necesar.
INFORMATII
Pentru copii se recomanda utilizarea castilor pentru protectie fonica. In cazul in care copiii nu sunt echipati corespunzator, raspunderea pentru expunerea acestora la nivelul fonic din zona de festival revine integral parintilor sau insotitorilor acestora.
Evenimentul va avea loc indiferent de condiţiile meteorologice, in limite normale pentru public si artisti!
Organizatorul isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica programul, daca va fi necesar acest lucru si avand un motiv intemeiat pentru decizie.
Organizatorul isi rezerva dreptul de a efectua controale in zona de festival pentru a se putea asigura respectarea prezentului regulament.

FESTIVAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
ACCESS
By attending this event, you accept and agree with these rules.
• Children who have not attained the age of 7 have access to the festival area only accompanied by a parent.
• Children who have not attained the age of 14 have access to the festival area accompanied by an adult.
NOT ALLOWED:
• Access with weapons or other objects that might be considered hazardous or weapons.
• Access with glass containers, flammable materials, laser pens.
• Marketing products in the areas of festival without consent of organizers.
• Consumption of substances banned or their sale, according to the law in force.
• Access with alcohol, other drinks and food outside the festival area.
• Access with animal.
At the access in the festival area it will not be allowed to entry with drink and food of any kind.
VIDEO / PHOTO
It’s prohibited without the authorization: professional camcorders and semi-professional, professional cameras with detachable objective. Owners of such devices would have to leave equipment in temporary custody.
During the event there will be audio and video recordings. Persons who appear on these recordings cannot have any claim against the organizers, manufacturers or users.
During the event, audio and video recordings can be made only with the consent of the organizers. Photography is allowed (except the concerts without consent.)
Video recording and photographing with the purposes of distribution in print, audio, TV or online will be held under strict rules, that will be communicated to journalists via organizers.
Breaking these rules may expose institutions to lawsuits from organizers or management of artists, whose condition was violated.
BEHAVIOR IN THE AREA OF FESTIVAL
We recommend you to avoid the conflicts and respect each other the event itself is a relaxing area, specially created to have a pleasant ambience.
SANCTIONS
We will not allow exceptions to these rules, the violation of this regulation can lead to eviction and interdiction of the person involved in the festival area.
The organizer is not responsible for damage property of participants or any personal objects.
Persons who violate this regulation, initiate or participate in events that disrupt the order, will be immediately escorted outside perimeter of the festival, the access will be denied to the festival and the organizer will announce the authorized institutions of the state, if it’s necessary.
INFORMATIONS
We advise the parents to buy protective headphones for children. If children are not properly equipped for their exposure to the noise at the festival, it will be the responsibility of parents or companions.
The event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the program if is necessary, for any kind of real reason.
The organizer reserves the right to make inspections throughout the festival to ensure compliance with this regulation.
